ACCOUNT PRIVACY

Privacy for your account

AYDrafting stores the account identifiers, name and email supplied by Microsoft sign-in; Stripe customer and subscription identifiers; activated-computer identifiers; license status; and operational security records needed to provide and protect AIDrafting.

Card details are entered on Stripe and are not stored by AIDrafting. Microsoft provides account sign-in, Stripe processes Canadian payments, Keygen provides license records, and Microsoft Azure hosts the Canadian account service.

Contact support to request access to or correction of your account information. Records required for payments, security, disputes or legal obligations may be retained as required.

Browser connections relay tool requests and responses between your chosen AI provider and your activated computer through the Canadian account service. Results can include project names, element properties, geometry, saved project data and C# results, depending on the requested operation. The relay does not store request or response bodies in its authorization database.

AIDrafting stores browser client registrations, account and computer authorization records, expiry and revocation times, and hashes of authorization codes and tokens. Operational logs record outcomes and timing without tool request or response bodies. Your AI provider handles the conversation under its own policies. Saved project data remains in the local AIDrafting database on the connected computer.

When you authorize a shared AIDrafting connection, account.aydrafting.com routes requests to the account service associated with your activated computer. The shared service runs on Microsoft Azure; Russian accounts continue to use customers.aydrafting.com on Yandex Cloud. Requests and results for a Russian account pass through both services and your chosen AI provider. This does not transfer your purchase or merge your accounts.

For this shared connection, AIDrafting stores the account-service reference, provider and computer authorization, connection status and expiry, and encrypted credentials that allow the shared service to call the authorized account service. These credentials support connection renewal and revocation; they are not your Microsoft or Yandex password. Disable or revoke the connection using Browser connections or the controls on your Revit computer.

You can revoke an app connection from Browser connections, disable browser access on the computer, or sign out of that computer. Revocation prevents new authorized requests; it cannot undo model changes or forcibly stop code already running in Revit.
